Respite for People with Complex Needs and/or Autism - Public Consultation

NHS South Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees CCG are launching a formal public consultation on proposed changes to respite services for people with learning disability, complex needs and/or autism.
The consultation is available in Hartlepool on Wednesday 20th September 2017, 6pm until 8pm, at Hartlepool College of Further Education. Details on the event are shown on the poster below.
