Find out about our virtual enter and view to Rossmere Park and the recommendations we put to the service following our visit.

The visit to Rossmere Park Care Centre was the first virtual visit conducted by Healthwatch Hartlepool and as such was a learning experience for all concerned. It was conducted in line with Healthwatch England guidance issued in 2020 covering virtual visits

Enter & View visit to Brierton Lodge Care Home

Brierton Lodge is situated in a residential area in the south of Hartlepool.
It provides personal and nursing care for up to 58 older people some of
whom are living with dementia. The home accommodates people over
two floors in one adapted building.
